Prices 2023:

Medium season (June, September and school holidays)	360 €
Peak season (July and August)	420 €

Long weekend rates:
May 1 and May 8 (from Friday to Monday: 270€)
Ascention: Minimum  3 nights: from May 18 to 21: €260 or from May 17: €290

Our price includes:

• One week rent is from Saturday 14h00 to Saturday 10h00
• One week-end rent is from Friday 18h00 to Sunday 18h00
• Water supply / gas supply / electricity (partly)

Our price does not include:

• Sheets (possible to rent12 € / person)
• Cleaning (possible to have it done : 40 €)
• (cleaning fee for the week end : 30€)
• local tax (60 cents per day per adult)
